George Artemiou brings a strong blend of financial and operational leadership to his role as Asset Manager at Performance Property. As the primary point of contact for residential investors, he oversees end-to-end property management across residential portfolios, protecting asset value, mitigating risk, and keeping properties tenanted through proactive, strategic leasing decisions.

George’s career began managing large-scale national residential property portfolios and maintenance operations, experience that shaped how he approaches asset management today. Having worked across both the portfolio and maintenance sides of property, he understands how contractor management, cost control, and tenancy strategy all feed into an investor's bottom line. That foundation is backed by a Diploma in Project Management, a Certificate IV in Real Estate, and a Certificate IV in Business Management.

What sets George apart is his ability to balance cost-efficiency with strong returns. His expertise spans residential portfolio optimisation, contractor and maintenance operations, and strategic financial oversight, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions that streamline operations while maximising rental yields and minimising vacancy. He's motivated by seeing the direct, tangible impact strategic portfolio management has on investor outcomes. Outside the office, George enjoys travelling with his family and is a passionate basketball fan, both coaching and watching the game.
