Alice McKenna

There aren't many buyer's agents who've spent years in a courtroom before they ever set foot in an auction room. Alice McKenna is one of them.

After practising law from 2017, Alice brought her legal instincts into property — and the fit was immediate. Negotiation, risk assessment, contract scrutiny, knowing when to push and when to hold. Skills that take most agents years to develop were already second nature.

Today she represents buyers across Victoria with a focus on Melbourne, working across both on-market and off-market opportunities to secure properties on the best possible terms. Her approach is methodical without being cold — evidence-based advice delivered with the kind of clarity that makes a stressful process feel manageable.

Clients don't just get access to the full breadth of the market. They get someone who has genuinely done the hard reading, understands what's in the contract, and won't let them walk into something they'll regret.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and is a Licensed Estate Agent and member of both the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the Law Institute of Victoria.

Outside of work, she's on the netball court or spending time with family and friends — the kind of grounding that keeps her sharp where it counts.
